Does Planet Walk offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. COD is available on serviceable pin codes across India with a ₹69 COD fee. The price shown on the website is the prepaid price.

Is there a discount on my first order?

New customers get 5% off with code WELCOME5 at checkout. It cannot be combined with other offers.

How does Buy 2 for ₹1,299 work?

Add any 2 pairs from the Buy 2 for ₹1,299 collection to your cart – the discount applies automatically, no code needed.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days in metro and major cities and 5–10 working days in other locations.

Do you deliver across India?

We deliver to serviceable pin codes across India through our logistics partners.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. Raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery. The pair must be unused and unwashed, with original tags, invoice and packaging. Please try footwear on a clean indoor surface.

Are there any return charges?

Reverse pickup or convenience charges of up to ₹150 may apply for returns made by customer preference. Wrong, damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Our sizes are listed in EU with the UK equivalent – EU 36 = UK 3, EU 37 = UK 4, EU 38 = UK 5, EU 39 = UK 6, EU 40 = UK 7, EU 41 = UK 8, EU 42 = UK 9. See the size guide for how to measure your foot.
